Our goal is to include every shipyard operating in the Philippines.

We create initial profiles using reliable public sources, including MARINA accreditation records, and confirm key information with each shipyard before publication. Shipyards can also contact us directly to add or update their details.

There is no fee to join the register.

We verify the information that affects whether a shipyard appears in a search, including:

• Accreditation
• Facility dimensions
• Class approvals

Where possible, we check these details against records from the relevant issuing authority.

Shipyards can manage general profile information such as their company overview, contact details and services. Updates are recorded so the information remains clear and accountable.

Search results are ordered using two factors:

1. Vessel fit. Facilities that closely match the vessel’s requirements are shown first.
2. Profile completeness. Shipyards with complete dimensions, services and contact information are easier for owners to evaluate and may appear higher in the results.

Nothing else enters that calculation: not payment, not ratings, not advertising.

Before results are ranked, facilities that cannot accommodate the vessel dimensions entered are removed from the search, and no commercial arrangement puts it back. This helps owners focus on suitable options from the start.

Each profile shows when its key information was last verified, giving owners a clear view of how current the details are.

Profiles that have not been verified for 12 months display an automatic notice. This applies consistently to every shipyard.

If information has not been provided, it appears as “Not stated” rather than being left blank or shown as zero. This avoids confusion, especially for maximum vessel and facility dimensions.

We confirm important shipyard information before publication and do not publish unverified negative claims about named businesses.

Shipyards may request a copy of their profile, submit corrections, or ask to be removed from the register at any time.

Visitors can also report possible errors using the link on each profile. Reports are reviewed before any change is published.

Listing is free and always will be. Every accredited shipyard belongs in the register whether it has ever spoken to us or not.

The Verified badge means we have checked the shipyard’s accreditation, facility dimensions and class approvals against records from the relevant issuing authority. It costs nothing today, and it cannot be hurried by paying, because there is nothing to pay for: no queue to jump and no fee to waive.

The badge does not affect search order. Results continue to be based only on vessel fit and profile completeness.
